 MAY LAND is a company engaged in developers or regional developers that has been established since 2023 in the city of Semarang. MAY LAND also has a team that will offer and assist prospective buyers from finding locations, site surveys, purchasing land, managing land legality, planning projects to processing payments in mortgages and cash. Although this company has not been established for a long time, we are still optimistic that it will enter and be able to compete in the design market due to the considerable demand. Our target markets are new home buyers, mid-level home buyers, investment buyers, young couples, retired parents, overseas markets, lifestyle segmentation, and investors.

The current state of the planned location is mostly dry land used as gardens and a small part is an unmaintained open field. The location is very strategic by having easy access to vehicles both private vehicles and public transportation in addition, the distance is quite relative to public facilities such as puskesmas, schools, markets, to recreation areas.
